我們以2-甲氧基酚衍生物31為起始物,經二乙醯氧基亞碘苯(DAIB)氧化後,再與甲基丙烯醛(methacrolein)進行Diels-Alder反應,獲得雙環[2.2.2]辛烯酮類化合物33;化合物33分別與Lombardo試劑和Wittig試劑反應,獲得雙烯化合物34和41;將化合物34和41各自加熱進行Cope重排反應,生成順式十氫□類化合物35和42。
我們提供了一個由2-甲氧基酚衍生物31,經由氧化反應、Diels-Alder反應、雙鍵生成反應及Cope重排反應等四個步驟,製備順式十氫□類化合物的簡便合成方法。
Oxidation of 2-methoxyphenols 31 with diacetoxyiodobenzene (DAIB), followed by intermolecular Diels-Alder reaction with methacrolein, gave the cycloadducts 33. Treatment of 33 with Lombardo reagent and Wittig reagent produced the corresponding dienones 34 and 41, which furnished cis-decalins 35 and 42 via the subsquent Cope rearrangement, respectively.
In this way, we have developed a four-step sequence via oxidation, Diels-Alder reactions, double-bond formation and Cope rearrangement for the syntheses of cis-decalins from 2-methoxyphenols.
