台灣機械產業一直是各產業幕後的推手，是所有產業不可或缺的一環，各行各業所需的設備基礎製造就是機械加工。而台灣機械發展的起源可追溯至晚清期間開始，經過了這一百多年的發展，如今台灣機械加工製造業已在全球生產供應鏈中佔有重要的地位。
本研究將以台灣機械加工的歷史，理解台灣機械產業的演進，再以國際分工態勢形成的脈絡，觀察台灣機械代工產業在全球生產供應鏈的變化、代工模式的轉變以及內外部環境所形成的競爭壓力，進而瞭解到代工模式轉型的要素以及方向，並藉由個案分析的方式，分析個案公司特質以及發展歷史路徑，再以商業模式分析的方式瞭解個案公司商業模式的轉變要素以及如何從中應對。最終透過蒐集相關文獻以及產業特性，和個案公司的策略方向進行交叉比對，以期能找出供相關業者參考的方向。

Taiwan's machinery industry has always been the driving force behind all walks of life. The origin of Taiwan's machinery development can be traced back to the late Qing Dynasty. After more than 100 years of development, Taiwan's machinery manufacturing industry now occupies an important position in the global production supply chain.
This research will understand the evolution of Taiwan's machinery industry through the history, and then observe the changes of Taiwan's machinery foundry industry in the global production supply chain based on the context formed by the international division of labor. Then through the transformation of the foundry model to understand the elements and direction of the foundry model transformation. In addition, this study will analyze the characteristics and development process of the case company through the method of case analysis, and then understand the transformation elements of the business model of the case company through the method of business model analysis.
In summary, through the collection of relevant literature and industry characteristics, cross-comparison with the strategic direction of the case company is carried out, in order to find the direction for the reference of related industries.
