  • 近數十年來台灣國際貿易的興盛,造就了第三物流(Third Party Logistics, 3PL)產業的蓬勃發展。透過與第三物流廠商的合作,企業不僅能夠獲取人力資源並提升作業流程效率,也能夠降低營運成本,以維持在該產業的競爭優勢。

      本研究欲透過個案研究,希望藉由限制理論的思考模式與分析工具,以系統化的邏輯分析途徑,以探索個案-台灣美敦力公司的供應鏈部門如何因應內外部環境的變化,做出合適的決策;並依此來瞭解醫療產業的廠商是透過何種方法與模式,來進行第三物流合作廠商的篩選。


    In the past decades the international trades and development have progressed tremendously in Taiwan. By cooperating with 3PL vendor, not only could the enterprises acquire more human resources assistance to enhance the internal efficiency, but could they reduce the operation cost to maintain the industrial competitive advantages. The purpose of this study is trying to figure out how and for what reasons Medtronic Taiwan, the company in this case, to evaluate and choose the adequate cooperation vendor in correspondence to the changes of external environment. Moreover, I attempt to apply the thinking process and systematical analyzing tools of Constraint Theory to understand what approaches and models been used when Medtronic Taiwan chose a better 3PL vendor 2 years ago.
