  • 研究38個臺灣具有跳鉤蝦科(Talitridae)的樣點,基於電子顯微鏡與光學顯微鏡的外部形態檢視,以及粒線體COI基因序列的分析,共獲得8屬24種物種。其中13種為已記錄種─Bousfieldia phoenixae Chou & Lee, 1996、Floresorchestia anomala (Chevreux, 1901) 、Floresorchestia anpingensis Miyamoto & Morino, 2008、Floresorchestia yehyuensis Miyamoto & Morino, 2008、Platorchestia humicola (Martens, 1868)、Platorchestia joi Stock & Biernbaum, 1994、Platorchestia pacifica Miyamoto & Morino, 2004、Platorchestia paludosus Cheng et al., 2011、Sinorchestia sinensis (Chilton, 1925) 、Sinorchestia taiwanensis Miyamoto & Morino, 1999、Talitroides topitotum (Burt, 1934) 、Talorchestia martensii (Weber, 1892) 與Talorchestia mindorensis Oleröd, 1970,2種為新記錄種─Platorchestia monodi (Mateus et al., 1986) 與Talitroides alluaudi (Chevreux, 1896) ,9種為新種─Bousfieldia sp.1、Bousfieldia sp.2、Bousfieldia sp.3、Brevitalitrus sp.、Paciforchestia sp.1、Paciforchestia sp.2、Platorchestia sp.1、Platorchestia sp.2與Platorchestia sp.3。

There are 38 Talitridae sample sites from Taiwan. Based on morphological (scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy) and molecular approach (mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I), we got 24 species which are grouped into 8 genera. There are 13 recorded species–Bousfieldia phoenixae Chou & Lee, 1996、Floresorchestia anomala (Chevreux, 1901)、Floresorchestia anpingensis Miyamoto & Morino, 2008、Floresorchestia yehyuensis Miyamoto & Morino, 2008、Platorchestia humicola (Martens, 1868)、Platorchestia joi Stock & Biernbaum, 1994、Platorchestia pacifica Miyamoto & Morino, 2004、Platorchestia paludosus Cheng et al., 2011、Sinorchestia sinensis (Chilton, 1925)、Sinorchestia taiwanensis Miyamoto & Morino, 1999、Talitroides topitotum (Burt, 1934)、Talorchestia martensii (Weber, 1892) and Talorchestia mindorensis Oleröd, 1970 , 2 new record species–Platorchestia monodi (Mateus et al., 1986) and Talitroides alluaudi (Chevreux, 1896) and 9 new species–Bousfieldia sp.1、Bousfieldia sp.2、Bousfieldia sp.3、Brevitalitrus sp.、Paciforchestia sp.1、Paciforchestia sp.2、Platorchestia sp.1、Platorchestia sp.2與Platorchestia sp.3.
Molecular analyse uses Hyalidae as outgroup. Both Neighbor Joining (NJ) and Maximum Parsimony (MP) analyses are conducted on 167 COI sequences which 10 from NCBI and 157 from this study. Genetic distance is estimated by Kimura two-parameter model. From NJ and MP phylogenetic tree, genus Sinorchestia、genus Bousfieldia and genus Platorchestia have grouping.
