摘要
消費者選購鞋子時,往往必須從眾多鞋款中不斷的進行試穿比較,才能夠挑選到自己合適的款式及尺寸,然而如果消費者有3D腳型掃瞄資料,將可藉由3D腳型掃瞄資料與鞋楦的比對,協助選配合適的款式及尺寸。鞋楦是根據腳型製作,作為製鞋的模型,因此鞋楦與足型之間必然存在著幾合的對應關係。近年來,發展出兩種利用鞋楦與足型之對應關係來選配合適鞋款及尺寸的比對方法,分別為表面差異法及三圍法。
本研究的目的在於提出一項新比對法,並與前述兩項方法比較。本研究利用足型與鞋楦之間的四項尺寸與足身體積對應關係,作為選配的依據。四項尺寸分別為:內/外側足球點長、足掌圍、足背圍、短跟圍;足身區體積為內/外足球點後方的體積,論點是利用這四項尺寸能夠有效的檢驗足型與鞋楦之間的合適性,同時足身區體積在變形過程中不會壓縮的特性,進行研究。
研究結果認為:差異法能夠突顯足型與鞋楦之間的差異情形,不過卻缺乏評估適當鞋楦的準則;而三圍法僅僅以足掌圍、足腰圍及足背圍當作比對依據,會將足長與足身長等重要尺寸對選配的影響嚴重忽略。本研究的四項尺寸搭配足身區體積的不變性可以充份有效的測得腳型與鞋楦的合適程度,並且能夠有效的作為購鞋選配的輔助工具。

Abstract
During shoe shopping, customers are usually required to fit among numerous styles again and again in order to find a shoe of preferable style with suitable size, if 3D foot scan is available, then it is able to compare the foot form against shoe last data in database in searching a better-fit shoe style and size. Shoe last is made in accordance to the foot form to be used as a model for shoe making, and thus there should be some geometrical relationship between them. Recently, two methods in foot form and shoe last comparison, surface difference method and 3-circumfernce method, have been proposed for shoe fitting.
The purpose of this study is to propose a new method, and to compare with those afore mentioned methods. This method compares 4 measurements and foot-body volume between 3D foot scan data and shoe last. These 4 measurements are: medial/lateral ball length, ball girth, instep girth, short heel girth; and the foot-body volume id the foot volume behind the line of medial and lateral ball. The theory is that these 4 measurements can effectively examine the fitting between them, and foot-body volume is not compressible during deformation.
The result suggests that the surface difference method is able to highlight the difference between foot forms and shoe last, there is no rules for fitting; 3-circumfernce method merely examines ball circumference, foot waist circumference, and foot dorsal circumference, and neglects important length-wise measurement, such as foot length and foot-body length in fitting. The 4 measurements and foot-boy volume are able to fully and effectively examine the fitting between the foot forms and shoe last, and can be more effectively applied in fitting suitable style and size in shoe shopping.
