  • 本論文以個案方式對我國一家製造業龍頭企業進行轉型策略分析,該企業為目前全球最大的3C電子產品代工製造廠商,由於逐年地攀升的製造成本使得該企業的獲利空間不斷受到壓縮,以工業4.0帶動的智能製造技術有望成為此一困境的解方,為了導入智能製造,該企業將組織重新調整並成立一家以工業互聯網為企業主體的子公司做為引領集團轉型的先鋒,目前組織內有製造事業及新創事業二種商業模式同步在運行,研究結果顯示,製造企業轉型工業互聯網有助於改善因製造事業客戶關係造成的企業營收失衡情況,工業互聯網除了能增加企業營收的來源之外,工業互聯網的生態系統甚至可能改變未來的商業競爭模式,導入工業互聯網發展智能製造的策略也為該企業帶來實質性的收益,製造事業因此提高了30%的生產效能,降低了15%的庫存周期,更因此獲得2019年世界經濟論壇評選為全球關燈工廠標竿企業,本研究以商業模式以及轉型策略等面向對研究對象進行分析,透過研究結果我們可以清楚的了解到研究對象的轉型策略、商業模式以及未來工業互聯網的發展方向。


    This thesis analyzes the business transformation strategy of a leading manufacturing company in Taiwan by case study. The company is the world's largest OEM manufacturer of 3C products currently. The company's profits were compressed due to rising manufacturing costs. The intelligent manufacturing technology is expected to become the solution to this situation. Therefore, the company established an Industrial Internet subsidiary for its business transformation goal to response the fourth industrial revolution. Currently, there are two business models are running simultaneously in the company: manufacturing business and new start-up business. According to the study results, manufacturing companies business transformation into the Industrial Internet will help to improve the imbalance incomes that caused by manufacturing customers. The Industrial Internet ecosystem may even change the business competition ways in the future. The intelligent manufacturing technology brought the benefits for the company in efficiency gains of 30% and lowered its stock cycle by 15%, and the results also helped company to won the glory of “Manufacturing Lighthouses” in 2019 The World Economic Forum the Lighthouse program. This study analyzes the company’s business model and the business transformation strategy for understanding the company's business transformation strategy, business model and future direction of the Industrial Internet.
