TFT-LCD黃光工程雖已有多年歷史,但許多黃光工程知識經驗除了檔案總管內的基礎知識外,大多是由資深工程人員的經驗傳授。隨著工程師離職迫使黃光工程之經驗難以傳承,新進工程人員之專業知識產生斷層之現象。
為了使經驗知識有效的傳承及提升問題診斷之能力,因此評估完整的知識管理系統才可解決上述之問題診斷之問題,使問題診斷過程中的資訊有效收集來預測出未來可能會發生的問題診斷之解析方向,進而快速的培養新進之工程人員。
本研究主題在於利用TFT-LCD黃光之工程人員面臨之工程問題診斷及經驗傳承之困境,將問題診斷及知識傳承之原因做完整分析及探討解決方案,運用知識傳承系統平台作為查詢各工程診斷造成之原因與解決方案及提升黃光工程之基礎知識,使工程人員能快速收尋到所需的專業知識來達到知識共享與創新知識的再利用的TFT-LCD產業之需求。研究中邀請了15位資深工程人員與5位新進人員來評估人機互動的診斷困境觀點,並針對黃光工程人員採用的傳統式的知識傳承系統(檔案總管資料庫)進行新的知識傳承平台之互動式介面適用性評估,以問題診斷實作方式驗證機台當機次數之改善績效。經過一系列的評估、改善及驗證以期能使TFT-LCD黃光工程當機處理時的人機互動之診斷有所改善,進而提升為工程修人員對於設備及製程的服務品質及落實更理想的工程環境。
Photo engineering of TFT-LCD have been developed for many years. Conventionally, the basic photo engineering knowledge is learned from shop floor books and senior engineers experience transfer. When senior engineers quit, the knowledge and experience cannot be fully transferred to the successors.
For knowledge of experience sharing and reusing to problem diagnosis it should establish a complete mold knowledge management system to result problem diagnosis and to assist in analyzing the problem diagnosis in future.
This research is to Investigate predicament of problem diagnosis and knowledge of experience sharing based on TFT-LCD photo engineering. The diagnosis of the problem and do a complete analysis of knowledge transfer and explore solutions. Use of knowledge as a basis for knowledge transmission system platform engineering reasons can check the result of the diagnosis and photo engineering solutions. Demand enables engineers to quickly find a desired closing expertise to achieve knowledge sharing and reuse of knowledge and innovation TFT-LCD industry. Research has invited 15 senior engineers and five new staff to assess human computer interaction point of view diagnostic dilemma and interactive user interface to evaluate the applicability of new knowledge transmission platform for traditional knowledge transmission system (Explorer database) photo engineering personnel employed. In problem diagnosis implementations verify machine when the number of machines to improve performance. After a series of human-computer interaction diagnostic evaluation, improvement and validation to make TFT-LCD's photo crash when handling engineering improvements. Repair personnel for the project and thus enhance the quality of the service equipment and processes and implement better engineering environment.
