  • 歐盟於2011年起實施IE2鼠籠式感應馬達能源效率規範,隨之世界各主要工業國家,亦於數年內同步實施同級之規範,可知如何提升感應馬達效率,降低CO_2排放量,已經成為世界各國共同努力的目標。本論文目標是建立完整感應馬達量測參數,藉由變更磁性與導體材料,達成提升效率之目標,並且利用建立之完整模型,模擬和實驗找出最佳的效率提升方案。
    本論文中取用工業級標準三相感應馬達,使用電腦設計繪圖軟體建立待測馬達之工程圖檔,並輸入電腦輔助電磁分析系統,計算感應馬達等效電路中之電阻、互感和漏感等,並完整求出馬達各項參數。後再進行二維建模分析來驗證理論計算之正確性,並建構馬達量測平台量測待測馬達各項損失與效率,始進行理論與電腦分析結果之驗證。


    The European Union has started enforcing IE2 level of energy-efficiency standard in induction motors. Immediately, major industrial countries in the world followed the same level of standard accordingly in the subsequent years. Hence, the trend to improve the efficiency of induction motors and reduce CO_2 emission has become the common goal of endeavor in various countries of the world. In this thesis, the objective is to establish a complete set of parameters for measurement of induction motors and achieve improvement of the efficiency by changing conductors and magnetic materials. In addition, optimization methods for improving energy efficiency have been verified by making use of complete design and analysis models.
    In this thesis, an industrial standard three-phase induction motor has been employed for generating the geometric model via computer aided design software packages. And, computer-aided electromagnetic engineering system has been adopted for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters including resistance, mutual inductance, leakage inductance and etc. Then, 2D analysis has been conducted for confirming accuracy of the theoretical design. Finally, experimental setups are completed for measuring losses and efficiency of motor under test to assess the results of theoretical design and computer analysis.
