平面顯示器FPD(flat panel display)產業是我國政府大力培養與支持的重點發展產業,而綜觀全球市場,平面顯示器應用市場也將持續擴大。由於平面顯示器產業的競爭日趨激烈,面板製造廠商皆設法欲降低生產成本,其中一項關鍵之措施便是生產設備本土化,藉由整體供應鏈的在地化以降低成本。日前,政府推動了平面顯示器設備自製率倍增計劃,以降低建廠與維運成本,並扶植本土機械業轉型,期能帶動起整個產業的繁榮興盛。
在推動平面顯示器製程設備倍增計畫之後,我國設備內製率從2003年僅有5.6%爬升到了2007年的41%。隨著設備自製率的提升,設備廠商的各項績效指標也成為重要的參考依據。本研究利用廠商所提供的品質、生產、研發以及管理系統的資訊,透過統計方法之分析,歸結出其與品質良率、遲交率以及企業營業額之相互關係,並歸納出若干建議供國內之面板設備製造廠,作為產業發展之參考依據。
FPD (Flat Panel Display) industry has been developed and supported by our government. In the view of worldwide market, the demand of the FPD industry would gradually and continuously expanded. Owing to the keen competition of the FPD industry, the panel manufacturers are trying to reduce the production cost. Herein, the integrated of the locally production equipment would be the key measure.
Recently, the government promoted the project of the doubled manufacturing rate of display equipment in order to reduce the building plant cost and the maintenance cost. Through the promoting project, the self- manufacturing rate of the equipment of our country increased from 5.6% to 41%. With the improvement of manufacturing rate, the every performance indexes of the equipment manufacturer becomes more important. This research collected the information of quality, production, researching and developing and administrative system from the manufacturer's institute and analyzed the information by statistical method and sum up the relationship between the yield rate, delivery accuracy and the turnover volume of the enterprise. Based on the investigations, several improvement suggestions can be draw.
