  • 半導體生產廠商的生產設備佔公司固定資產的大部分,也因為半導體設備的 昂貴,催生了半導體二手設備市場。早期台灣的半導體設備業基本都是代理國外 產品,所以也培養了很多對半導體設備熟悉的工程師。由於二手設備帶來極高的
    毛利,也因此吸引了不少的工程人員及資本家的投入。然而由於市場需求擴大,
    目前半導體二手設備市場競爭日趨激烈,一些國際大企業也開始投入半導體二手 設備市場,例如日本Intertec、奇異資產,以及台積電。在這樣競爭激烈的環境中, 台灣許多經營半導體二手設備的企業都受到資金、技術、市場環境等因素的限制。
    本研究回顧了半導體設備產業的發展,對半導體二手設備產業進行市場分析, 透過分析台灣的一間半導體二手設備公司,透過其如何找到市場的需求與缺口, 找到自身的市場定位以及強化競爭優勢,並結合五力分析,歸納出半導體二手設 備產業的競爭與發展策略,期望能為未來台灣在半導體設備產業發展的企業提供 一些實務上的參考與借鑒。


    Semiconductor manufacturers’ production equipment accounts for most of the company’s fixed assets. Because of the expensive semiconductor equipment, it has spawned in the used tool market of semiconductor equipment. At the early stage in Taiwan, most of semiconductor equipment manufacturers are agents of foreign products, so they have also trained many engineers who were familiar with semiconductor equipment. Since the used tool semiconductor equipment brought extremely high profit, it attracted investment from different engineers and capitalists. However, due to the expansion of market demand, competition in the used tool market of semiconductor equipment is becoming increasingly fierce. Some large international companies have also begun to invest in this market, such as Intertec,GE Capital, and TSMC. In the highly competitive environment, companies are also restricted by factors such as capital, technology, and market environment.
    This research reviewed the development of the semiconductor equipment industry and analyzed the used tool market in semiconductor equipment. Through a case study of a used tool semiconductor equipment company in Taiwan, it explored how to find market demand and gaps, how to establish its own market position and strengthen competitive advantages. This research used the Five Forces analysis to propose competition and development strategies, hoping to provide some practical significance and insights for the used tool semiconductor equipment industry.
