Currently one of the topics that are concerning the whole world is the U.S. Financial Crisis which was initiated by the housing boom and bust, the economy of United States has been suffering with high unemployment rates, drops in industry outputs, consumption and sharp fall in the stock markets. United States is considered the center of the world economy and its downturn in their economy is affecting many countries including Latin America. This study is aimed to evaluate the impacts of the U.S. Financial Crisis in the top five economies of Latin America, relation between these countries and United States have been marked by friendship and cooperation. The economy of most Latin American countries is based in Natural resources consequently exports are key factor in their economic growth and the United States is one of the most important trade partners.
