企業經營管理在面臨市場或是環境變化時,如能夠洞察先機早一步比競爭對手提前佈局,那麼就能夠在市場上持續保有競爭優勢。在現今環境快速變化的衝擊下,許多產業紛紛尋求組織變革與轉型,並期望更進一步開創新的發展機會。
本研究以企業組織變革與策略探討為本論文架構,針對案例公司在營運時所面臨的問題,組織上如何調整與決策判斷,進行分析研究探討。透過波特五力分析,分析該公司之競爭優勢,以及預測網通產業的發展,作為案例公司日後組織發展與佈局之參考。
The organization and decision-making process of an enterprise cannot remain unchanged indefinitely. The ability to gain insight and detect the currents of change within the market and stay one step ahead of the competition will allow one to maintain competitive advantage. In today’s rapid changing industry businesses continuously seek transformation in the hopes of opening up new opportunities.
The framework of this thesis focuses on the study of organizational change analysis and discussions of the problems and decision-making faced by case in recent years. Through Porter’s Five Force examine the case’s competitive advantages to determine organizational development and structure for the future.
