由於電子商務之廣泛運用,現行企業組織之知識文件控管已邁入電子化及系統化管理的時代。傳統的紙張文件管理方式已不合時需,除因其處理方式易造成儲存空間的浪費外,其對於文件管理、傳輸與再利用皆不甚具有效率性與經濟性。是故,企業體紛紛將其文件轉以電子檔案的方式儲存於電腦中,期望透過先進之資訊與網際網路技術進行管理,以提升知識文件傳輸與分享之效率性與正確性。
在文件管理課題中,知識文件是否有效分享乃為企業知識存取之重要績效指標,企業知識文件權限控管機制若可依文件特性與內容,將文件有效地提供予對應部門之員工,則知識之分享即具有實際效用。於企業知識爆炸之今日,知識文件提供者或權限管理者未必全然明瞭文件內涵或文件與權限對象之關聯;且不完善之權限控管機制亦可能肇生企業知識遭受洩密或企業體無法統一對知識文件進行管理等問題。
為增進企業知識文件權限管理的正確性與有效姓,本論文提出一套適用於網際網路運作架構下之智慧型電子化文件權限推論模式與技術,結合企業中心統一控管知識文件之機制,導入企業組織之電子化文件管理系統中。在此權限決策模式中,乃結合文件關鍵字萃取技術與文件類型判定機制,依據文件提供者、文件類型與摘要內容等指標及知識文件權限指派的歷史記錄,提供文件提供者(或系統管理者)該知識文件之初始權限決策方案。此外,藉由導入此模式亦可提供企業知識管理系統具有自我服務與自我學習之機制,減輕企業體文件管理業務之負擔。研究中除完成技術開發外,並以汽車專利文件管理為例,驗證本方法論與技術之可行性。整體而言,期能透過此技術之研發,使企業體與其協同合作者可於此知識與文件管理平台下,快速而有效地擷取知識文件之關鍵資訊,並將之分享予所屬人員,促進企業知識之充分共享。
Owing to the wide applications of e-business solutions and cost ineffectiveness of the paper-based document management mechanism, electronic and systematic approaches for enterprise document management are required. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security management over the growing electronic documents, this research proposes a set of security reasoning models for e-knowledge management over the Internet. In these models, the document keyword extraction and document categorization algorithms are provided to extract the key attributes of the enterprise documents. According to the attributes, the reasoning models can be utilized to provide the document providers (or the system administrator of the document management system) with an initial security determination solution via the historical data related to user identity and document contents. Therefore the security management principles are constructed by incorporating the role and content models and working with the centralized knowledge management mechanism to ensure the consistency and security of enterprise documents. In addition, on the basis of the intelligent reasoning models, a web-based prototype system is implemented and a demonstration case is also provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed technology. It is the attempt of this research that users from various organizations may share knowledge and documents efficiently with each other under the E-knowledge management platform.
