在齒輪泵中,由於可動件與固定件之間的間隙而有滑差的現象,本文以外接正齒輪泵為基礎,分析在齒輪泵間隙中的滑差以及黏滯力,以間隙尺寸為變數,功率損失為指標,求出當功率損失為最小值時的間隙。第一章簡述齒輪泵原理,並敘述齒輪泵中的滑差現象為何。第二章將齒輪泵中的間隙分為齒頂間隙與齒輪側面間隙,再將齒輪側面間隙細分為齒輪側面齒部與齒輪側面輪部,分別求出其功率損失與間隙的關係。其中齒輪側面輪部需要以有限差分法求其壓力分布,因此以有限差分法分析齒輪側面輪部的壓力分布,藉此求出因滑差造成的功率損失。本文的目的在於找出齒輪泵中各項間隙最佳值,以改善齒輪泵的效率。
Slip is a phenomenon in Gear pumps, and it consumes power of a gear pump. Clearances are the major factor of slip. But reducing the dimensions of clearances will increase the viscous shear. This thesis focus on the relationship of power consumption and the clearances in a spur gear pump. This thesis involved a finite-difference method to analyse the end face of gear. The object of this thesis is to find the optimum clearances of a spur gear pump to minimize the power consumptions.
