對現今的企業而言,隨著顧客需求量的增加,利用擴廠或外包方式來擴充產能,已為普遍之實務的方法。導致企業的生產環境,由過去的單廠生產環境,變成多廠生產環境。在多廠的生產環境下,企業的生產規劃將不再單純,導致過去的生產計劃無法使用,須另外發展多廠規劃與排程(Multi-Site Planning and Scheduling)方法,整合多廠生產資源,進行規劃與排程,以滿足現今顧客需求與交期。
對於多廠規劃與排程問題,本研究提出多廠規劃與排程的分析架構,利用多廠概念模式、產品結構、生產策略、生產製程與能力、考量限制以及績效指標六個維度對多廠規劃與排程問題進行分析與分類。本研究以推式多廠規劃與排程(Push-Based Multi-Site Planning and Scheduling)為主要探討之多廠規劃與排程問題,並以TFT-LCD面板產業,前段列陣廠與組立廠組成之多廠生產環境為例進行案例探討。
針對推式多廠規劃與排程問題,本研究提出結合參數化訂單分配法則(Parametric Order Allocation Rule, POAR)與改良型CBS(Constraint-Based Simulation, CBS)之規劃與排程方法,在考量多廠規劃與排程相關限制條件下,追求規劃與排程之目標,以求得理想的多廠規劃與排程結果。同時經由案例驗證方法之可行性,並透過模擬實驗,比較不同的規劃與排程方法,從分析結果可知,本研究所提的多廠規劃與排程方法,在不同的實驗環境中都有較佳的結果。
