在一個成功的產品中,使用者介面(User interface, UI)扮演著非常重要的角色,直接影響客戶的體驗進而影響產品的滿意度。然而設計產品介面所需要的資訊量及流程非常龐大且複雜,造成開發者和設計者之間溝通的障礙。此外,根據用戶界面的訊息數量理論,各界面都應該包含適當的訊息量,讓使用者表現提升和降低心理負擔。
但過去介面設計方法並沒有能力去合理且有效分配訊息量,此狀況不僅影響開發者和溝通者間的溝通,也會影響使用者的表現。因此,本研究提出了一個介面訊息模型,詳細處理開發介面所需的前後端資訊包括流程、連結、功能…等重要訊息,並且合理分配訊息到各介面,讓使用者表現提升。此外,現存的易用性測試方法並沒有針對不同產品的易用性指標給予不同的權重,故我們利用網路層級分析法去根據不同類型的介面調整易用性標準的權重,進而得到更具說服力和客觀的易用性測試結果。本研究以跨通路平台使用者介面為例說明了該方法的優勢,以圖形化訊型模型處理複雜的資訊,縮短用介面的開發時間並合理分配訊息量,此外也獲得易用性指標的客製化的權重,讓我們得到更具說服力的易用性測試以及了解消費者對於不同產品著重的面向為何。
Since User Interface (UI) provides the first impression to users when they operate the product, it plays a critical role to a successful product. Based on the information quantity theory, the interface should include appropriate amount of information to improve the performance of users. Interface design includes a large amount of information and complex processes and this situation increase the barrier between designer and developer. However, interface design methods did not have the ability to allocate information volumes reasonably and effectively before. Therefore, this study proposes an information model that handles important information and reasonably distributes information to various interfaces to improve the performance of users. In addition, existing usability testing methods can’t customize weights of the usability criteria for different products. Therefore, we apply the analytic network process to adjust the weights of usability standards according for different types of UI, so as to obtain more convincing and objective usability test results. The contribution of this paper is to provide a systematic interface design method. From the information model to the usability test, the developers and designers have a direction to follow in the future.
