  • 本論文係利用微機電製程方式,製作發展可運用於生醫螢光檢測與光儲存應用的微透鏡。以可固化高分子液體透鏡材料本身的表面張力作為主要控制透鏡表面平整度之概念,搭配外加作用力的方式達到變焦與改變透鏡外貌的作用。
    本文首先製作可變焦式微球面透鏡,於透明基材上製作同心的多圈親疏水介面,藉由表面張力作用下透鏡自組裝成型,運用熱處理的方式可使得透鏡向內圈親水區域聚縮,達到變焦之作用,變焦範圍可由300μm至2500μm。
    第二代延續第一代的鐵氟龍自組裝技術,搭配上繞射電極之設計與外加靜電場作用製作可調變的微非球面透鏡。運用兩種類型的靜電作用方式-電潤濕與靜電力吸引,達到二維方向可更精確的調變液態透鏡。聚焦光點可由數十μm所小至1.5μm。
    此兩種類型之微透鏡可分別運用於生醫螢光檢測與光儲存應用方面。
