本研究旨在探討遠距工作環境下,MBTI性格類型與工作績效、工作滿意度之間的關係。隨著科技發展和遠距工作模式的普及,尤其在COVID-19大流行後,越來越多企業採用遠距工作,對其影響進行深入研究成為必須。研究以MBTI性格類型為基礎,針對不同人格特質的員工如何在遠距工作環境中展現其工作績效和滿意度進行探討。
本研究通過調查七個構面,包括「能量態度」、「處理資訊思維」、「決策思維」、「生活方式」、遠距工作量表、工作績效及工作滿意度,採用皮爾森相關係數和迴歸分析,進行假設驗證。結果顯示,遠距工作與工作績效、工作滿意度之間存在顯著正相關,工作績效在遠距工作與工作滿意度之間起到中介作用。研究亦發現不同的MBTI人格特質對工作績效和滿意度的影響存在差異,內向型人格在遠距工作中的工作績效呈現負相關,未顯示出預期的正向調節效果。
本研究的結果表明,遠距工作環境下,個體的性格特質會顯著影響其工作表現和工作滿意度,並且工作績效在其中扮演了關鍵的中介角色。研究結果可為企業在設計遠距工作政策時,提供針對不同人格特質的管理建議,以提升員工的整體績效與滿意度。
This study aims to explore the relationship between MBTI personality types, job performance, and job satisfaction in the context of remote work. With the advancement of technology and the widespread adoption of remote work, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become essential to conduct in-depth research on its impact. This study investigates how employees with different personality traits, based on MBTI personality types, demonstrate job performance and satisfaction in a remote work environment.
The study examines seven dimensions, including "Energy Attitude," "Information Processing Thinking," "Decision-Making Thinking," "Lifestyle," remote work scale, job performance, and job satisfaction, using Pearson correlation and regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results show a significant positive correlation between remote work, job performance, and job satisfaction, with job performance acting as a mediator between remote work and job satisfaction. Additionally, the study found that different MBTI personality traits have varying effects on job performance and satisfaction, with introverted personalities showing a negative correlation with job performance in remote work, contrary to the expected positive moderating effect.
The findings of this study indicate that in a remote work environment, an individual's personality traits significantly influence their job performance and satisfaction, with job performance playing a key mediating role. The results provide valuable insights for companies in designing remote work policies, offering management recommendations tailored to different personality traits to enhance overall employee performance and satisfaction.
