本文以分析及實驗方法來探討複材樑承受參數激振器激發所產生之動態不穩定行為。實驗中使用的磁電激振器為一交變勁度磁電彈簧,可產生參數式激發力來激發複材樑之振動。此一磁電激振器之激振頻率與激發振幅可由通過磁電彈簧線圈中之交流電流精確地控制。由於激振力為非接觸式的電磁力,且其施力方向垂直於樑軸向,因此,實驗時可有效避免因樑的幾何形狀不完美、材質缺陷、激振力的偏心效應以及激振機構與樑間之耦合效應所產生之干擾。此外,文中也將複材樑試片模擬成一理想化模型,並以虛擬振型法推導其參數激振動態方程式,由動態方程式發現其不穩定區域可由樑試片橫向振動各模態的自然頻率、阻尼係數、振型以及激振器之施力位置與其激振振幅予以決定。
結果顯示,實驗與解析之結果在兩倍基頻處的不穩定區域極接近;而在兩倍第二共振頻率及混頻共振時,不穩定區域發生之頻率的差異不大,不穩定頻寬兩者也相當接近;文中探討的四個參數,複材樑疊層角度、長度、寬度以及厚度,影響不穩定區域發生之頻率,但對不穩定頻寬並無明顯的影響。
