摘 要
在本論文中,分別使用酚醛樹脂以及五氫氧異酉太酸為前驅物,以熱裂解方法製備鋰離子二次電池之負極碳材,並於前驅物中加入五氧化二磷,而研究目的為探討五氧化二磷添加含量對碳材結構、物理性質、電化學性質的影響。
在前驅物添加五氧化二磷的製程中,本人採用液態混合法,首先將先驅物以乙醇混合及稀釋成液態溶液備用,再將五氧化二磷用乙醇溶液溶解成液態溶液。再將上述兩種液態溶液混和均勻,並去除乙醇以及粉碎、過篩、成為固態中間相粉體(<140 mesh),將此時所得的中間相粉體經高溫1000℃的熱處理而得材料裂解為碳材,此時所得碳材經粉碎、過篩(<32μm)後即為使用於鋰離子二次電池之負極碳材,於本實驗中分別用X-Ray繞射分析及拉曼(Raman)雷射光譜分析探討其微結構、並從元素分析、密度測量、比表面積(BET)、電子顯微鏡(SEM)、NMR等分析;探討自行製備的碳材表面型態、〔H〕/〔C〕原子比含量,及孔隙含量多寡,再使用循環伏安法與充放電量測其電化學性質。
由循環伏安圖譜中得知第一次充放電過程中有較大的不可逆電容損失,第二次循環之後則逐漸減小,另外,在充放電量測中也發現此現象。此現象與碳粉的物理性質比較,得知不可逆現象與BET值及〔H〕/〔C〕原子比有相當大的關係。隨碳化溫度的提升有助於〔H〕/〔C〕原子比下降,但是第一次充電電容量值也隨之下降。本研究發現加入5%的五氧化二磷有助於使〔H〕/〔C〕原子比減低,並且使第一次充電電容量值有些微的提升,加入五氧化二磷5∼10%也使得BET值提升,由此可得知碳材中產生了較多的微孔,並且由XRD及Raman光譜分析得知,自行生產所得的碳材料為非晶質碳材。並且隨碳化溫度的提升,有助於使得碳材結構更加有序排列,由這些實驗結果顯示,先驅物中添加五氧化二磷有助於充電電容量的提升,及〔H〕/〔C〕原子比降低,進一步的減低不可逆電容量。碳材料充放電的機制相當多。本文主要探討碳材結構,〔H〕/〔C〕原子比大小,BET值大小等綜合效應對其充放電性所造成的影響。
