  • 台灣在面臨整體的產業升級的過程中,技術創新及智慧資產之創造,技術行銷與推廣應用等議題備受重視。政府與企業研究中心與事業單位研發團隊作跨組織、產業與公司之協同合作開發,技術創新擴散與推廣行銷,更能有效地提升整體的競爭優勢。因此本研究就研究中心目前的協同合作發展狀況進行探索與瞭解,分析其技術創新與推廣運用的有效應用模式,並探究如何能藉由協同合作之作法於技術創新與技術推廣過程中整合其內部與外部之資源,做充分有效之運用,並透過運用動態模式,探索創新擴散與行銷等活動之協同合作發展過程其主要影響因素為何,隨著這模式中因素的變動,其公司的競爭力與產業間的競爭情勢會有哪些變化等。
    本研究以飛行模擬器及系統單晶片之協同合作發展為例,建立技術創新及行銷推廣之協同發展模式,發展動態模擬系統,檢驗其模式之合理性與相關協同合作機制運作之互動情況。以探討組織間之協同合作模式,呈現其對於其內部能力之提升與外部競爭情勢所有影響與成效。


    In the process of upgrading Taiwan’s Industries, technology innovation, intellectual capital creation, technology marketing and diffusion are very important topics. The collaboration between public and private R&D centers and industry for technology innovation diffusion and application marketing is the key to the competition advantage. This study discusses how to model the process of integrating the needed resources to collaborate effectively from innovation to diffusion. By collecting related industry information and interviewing the experts in this industry, this study establishes the industrial background and case scenario to be the base of setting up the dynamic model and the computer simulation system.
    In this study, we take the flight simulator technology and system on chip technology as examples to establish the dynamic simulation model for appreciative theorizing the key mechanisms for extending the technology innovation to marketing and diffusion. The study also discusses implications material for the research center to engage in the collaborative development of technology innovation and the marketing of technical products.
