本研究之目的在於探討不同的鏟花紋理品質對於工件受力狀態的影響。一方面考量工件的結合及滑動用途,利用有限元素軟體來模擬鏟花紋理在不同條件下,如承斑組合形式、受力大小、滑動面真平面與否,探討每平方英吋的鏟花承斑點數(point per inch, PPI)、每平方英吋的鏟花承斑接觸率(percentage of point, POP)及承斑深度對於工件於受力時的受力面變形量、接觸面最大應力及承斑深度減少量的影響。
另一方面,利用銑削在滑動面上加工出不同紋理,進行摩擦係數量測,在潤滑的情況下,不同紋理組合對於最大靜摩擦係數急動摩擦係數的影響。
根據模擬及實驗的結果,可以瞭解各項參數對結合面或運動面特性的影響供作業界在進行工件結合或工件運動時參數設計的考量。此外結果顯示業界目前以過往經驗為基礎所設立之分級之標準確有其合理性。
