本研究為了使企業能更有效率的分析與建構企業的供應鏈規劃架構,並加強過往以SCOR為基之分析方法論在規劃方面之不足,故本研究提出一方法論,主要目的為發展以Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR Model)為基之供應鏈規劃方法論。
此方法論共可以區分為三階段,第一階段,供應鏈作業與規劃流程分析部份,會依據供應鏈協會(Supply Chain Council;SCC)所提出SCOR(Supply Chain Operation Reference)模式的作業參考模型,將企業在面對所屬的供應鏈體系時,透過此標準進行建構與分析;其次第二階段主要目的為定義規劃功能所涵蓋的範疇與內容,並定義出在不同供應鏈型態下,所具備的規劃架構與模組;最後一階段,發展以SCOR為基的供應鏈規劃架構與模組,定義各規劃模組所應具備的輸入與輸出。
本研究針對一案例公司進行方法論的驗證,說明案例公司如何透過本研究的三階方法論,逐一建構案例公司以SCOR為基之供應鏈規劃架構與模組,最後並以案例公司的多廠生產規劃模組,來說明案例公司在此規劃模組中如何作出生產計劃以便於工廠來執行。
