  • 本研究主要的目的是了解國小軟式網球隊訓練,其手部運動知覺是否與未接受軟式網球訓練的國小學童有差異,並藉由上肢本體感覺的訓練,探討國小學童手部定位能力,握力控制能力及低手拋球準確性等運動知覺是否造成影響。研究對象為45名國小高年級男性學童,分為控制組、非運動員組及運動員組,每組各15人。以混合設計二因子變異數分析法考驗受試者於訓練前、訓練六週後、八週後及停止訓練一週後各項運動知覺的表現,並以杜凱氏法進行事後比較,研究結果顯示:
    (一) 國小學童軟式網球運動訓練二年以上,其運動知覺中手部定位能力的表現優於一般學童,但握力控制能力與低手拋球準確性則無差異。
    (二) 上肢本體感覺訓練能有效提昇無運動訓練經驗之國小學童運動知覺中的手部定位能力及握力控制能力。
    本研究顯示,未接受過運動訓練的國小學童,藉由動態平衡板的本體感覺訓練,較能提昇手部的運動知覺,而對於已有訓練經驗的國小學童,顯示手部運動知覺訓練效果較不顯著。


    The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of upper limb kinesthesia effects by proprioception training between soft tennis players and non-soft tennis players, and to explore whether upper limb proprioception training contribute change of kinesthesia (including space orientation, force control, and lower arm's throwing accuracy) on elementary school students. Forty-five voluntary 5th-6th grade male elementary school students were recruited in the study, and were equally divided into three groups: control groups, non-athlete group, and athlete group. Two-way mixed design ANOVA was used to test the difference of kinesthesia performance of pre-test, after training test (6-week test, and 8-week test) and retention test (1 week after training). Besides, the results were compared by Tukey method. The results of the study showed that: 1. the space orientation of soft tennis players was significantly better than non-soft tennis players, but there was no different between three groups on force control and lower arm’s throwing accuracy. 2. Upper limb proprioception training could improve space orientation and force control for non-athlete group. The conclusion of the study indicated that the non-athlete group could gain more kinesthesia benefit from proprioception training than the counterpart group.
