  • 豐田生產方式的基本思想是「徹底的消除浪費」,貫徹此思想的兩大支柱是JIT生產模式與自働化。本研究主要探討藍寶石基板廠導入JIT生產概念的生產製造技術,如「推/拉式生產方式」與「現場改善活動」…等,探討的重點是闡述JIT生產模式的推/拉式生產與大量生產在生產製造效率與成本上的差異,再藉由現場改善活動消除生產上的浪費,並對於個案公司在導入JIT生產概念後,在品質(Quality)、成本(Cost)與交期(Delivery)上所獲得的效益,作為導入JIT生產模式的實證案例。
    本論文研究之個案公司為LED供應鏈的上游廠商,其主要以生產藍寶石基板為主,個案公司行銷方式與其他同業對手較為不同的是,一入市場即以高品質、客製化與有別於日系廠商的價格優勢,迅速打開在市場的知名度與佔有率,為維持這樣的優勢,個案公司隨即面臨到更須著重於良率提升與成本控管。在成本控管上,除了達到規模經濟生產量,再來就是減少自試產階段至量產階段初期生產製造上的浪費,並建立不產生浪費的生產方式,成為個案公司優先須達成的目標。
    本研究首先藉著對於文獻研讀與探討彙整出推/拉式生產方式,以個案公司為實證案例。藉著SWOT分析,整理歸納出個案公司生產模式在品質、成本、交期上的優勢(Strengths)、劣勢(Weaknesses)、機會(Opportunities)與威脅(Threats),在劣勢與威脅的問題上導入JIT生產模式的現場改善活動,說明JIT生產模式並非僅適用汽車業或多樣少量的製造業,需要的是將其改善的基本概念透過與個案公司的生產模式做融合後產生出量身訂做符合個案公司的生產模式,來獲得導入JIT生產模式的最大效益。

    The aim of Toyota production system tries to thoroughly eliminate interior waste. The two major concepts of Toyota production system are Just-In-Time production system and Jidoka. This research discusses a case study on a manufacturing technology of JIT production system, like the "push/pull production System" and the activities of " Genba Kaizen". This research project tries to investigate the essence, the different between the mass production system and the JIT production system in manufacturing efficiency and cost, and then by the activities of Genba Kaizen to eliminate the wasted brought the Benefit of quality, cost and delivery study case.
    The company of this case study is the vendor of LED supply chain, which is manufacturing the sapphire substrate. The case study company used the different marketing strategies with other competitors that are high-quality and customization. These marketing strategies bring the visibility and the high market share rate. The company need raised the yield and the well cost control to keep this Strengths.The aim of this case study tries to thoroughly eliminate interior waste and proceed with any kinds of cost- down activities.
    This case study used the SWOT analysis, to find out the problems of the weaknesses and threats, and used the JIT production system to improve the problems then get the maximum benefit.
