針對有機共軛高分子發光二極體多層的製作一直以來都受到相同溶劑的選用導致互融問題的影響,除了藉用化學合成的方法外,長期以來都沒有太重大的突破,本實驗室藉由緩衝溶液的使用成功的製作出界面良好、發光均勻且生命期較長的發光二極體,這一個技術成功的突破有機共軛高分子發光二極體無法製作多層的困難,提供了高分子發光二極體在元件結構設計上一個全新的想法和方向,依此方法,透過簡單的物理方法就可以完成繁複化學合成才能達到的結果,可以廣泛的使用在各種不同類型的高分子材料中,而且不會對其造成任何不好的影響,本論文延伸此緩衝溶液製作多層有機共軛高分子發光二極體的技術,設計出許多多層PLED發光結構,並也確切舉出很多利用緩衝層溶液的方法來加以實現,並且都得到良好的結果,其中高分子藍光發光二極體已經可以成功的做到亮度32000cd/m2,效益接近7cd/A,這也打破了高分子藍光發光二極體的世界紀錄,並用此藍光再透過微量的摻雜後,調和出CIE座標上非常接近(0.330.33)的白光,這些都可以證明本實驗室所研發出的緩衝溶液對製作高效益,高亮度共軛有機發光二極體是非常重要的。
The fabrication of multilayer polymeric devices has been plagued by serious inter mixing at the interface. There is little progress in the fabrication of polymeric multilayer devices besides chemical synthesis of materials different solubility. A solution-buffer technology was invented in our laboratory previously and multilayer PLEDs with improved, uniformity and longer lifetime was demonstrated. This solution-buffer technology provides a feasible way to fabricate multilayer polymeric devices and enables many useful designs. Extend our previously work on solution-buffer technology in the design. Fabrication of high-brightness PLEDs and designed multilayer PLEDs were obtained. Devices fabricated through the solution-buffer technology were successfully demonstrated. For blue PLED a luminance of 32000cd/m2 and a efficiency of 7cd/A was achieved breaking previously world record. With the blue PLED, white light close to (0.33,0.33) in CIE coordinate was generated with proper doping little yellow-green light and red light. All these prove that our solution-buffer technology in overcoming the fabrication of high performance PLED are very important.
