  • 知識的原創與應用在產學合作研究中扮演十分重要的角色,產學合作研究在執行時,有效運用學術界知識原創與應用的能力,有助於目標之達成,進而提升產學合作研究績效。由於產學合作相關的課題,在實務方面日益重要,因此在學術上亦被視為重要課題。產學合作之研究依過去學者的研究方向多數在討論哪些政策面或制度面的因素會影響學術研究成果商業化,但卻鮮少有研究針對研究人員本身,探究其知識原創與應用能力兩者對產學合作研究績效之影響,因此值得深入探討。
    本研究的目的是探討知識原創與應用、產學合作研究計畫性質與產學合作研究績效之間的關係。研究結果顯示研究人員之知識原創能力與產學合作研究績效有正向關係,而研究人員知識應用能力與應用型之產學合作研究計畫的交互作用對於產學合作研究績效會產生正向影響。本研究也發現學術研究人員執行產學合作研究計畫時,並非要同時兼顧知識原創與應用二項能力才能提升績效,而是要擇一專注於其中一項能力。
