本研究旨在探討國民中學校長多元架構領導、教師心理資本與學校效能之關係,目的在瞭解國民中學校長多元架構領導、教師心理資本與學校效能之現況,並探討三者的相關情形。本研究透過文獻分析,採問卷調查法,並編製《國民中學校長多元架構領導、教師心理資本與學校效能之研究調查問卷》,以臺灣地區的公立國民中學教師為調查對象,共發出1149份問卷,回收率70.67%,有效問卷共680份。問卷回收後分別以因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及結構方程模式進行資料分析。
根據研究分析結果,獲得以下結論:
一、臺灣地區國民中學教師知覺校長多元架構領導之現況達中高程度。
二、臺灣地區國民中學教師知覺教師心理資本之現況達中高程度。
三、臺灣地區國民中學教師知覺學校效能之現況達中高程度。
四、國民中學校長多元架構領導透過教師心理資本能影響學校效能,教師心理資本具有部分中介效果。
本研究根據以上結論,提出幾點建議提供教育行政單位、國民中學校長、教師與未來相關研究做參考。
This study aimed at exploring the relationships among the multi-frame leadership of junior high school principals, teacher’s psychological capital and school effectiveness. The purposes are to understand the status quo of the three factors listed above and to ascertain the correlation and to predict the effects of these three factors. Through literature review, the study adopted questionnaires and issued 1,149 random samples of junior high school teachers in Taiwan area, with the return rate of 70.67% and a total of 680 questionnaires valid. The researcher conducted factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test and structural equation modelling (SEM) for data analysis.
Based on the result of analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:
1.Junior high school teachers rate the status quo of the multi-frame leadership of principal at medium-high level.
2.Junior high school teachers rate teacher’s psychological capital at medium-high level.
3.Junior high school teachers rate school effectiveness at medium-high level.
4.The multi-frame leadership of junior high school principals through teacher’s psychological capital has effects on school effectiveness, and teacher’s psychological capital has a partial mediating effect.
In conclusion, some suggestions are made to education administrative units, junior high school principals, teachers and future related research for reference.
