訂定產品價格之決策有許多需考慮的面向。由於產品生命週期變動越來越快速,產品線持續的擴大、新世代產品的推出,如何透過制定產品系列或組合的價格,且隨著不同的時間與環境動態的調整產品定價,進而達到公司之預期成效,即成為一個重要的行銷議題。
本研究探討USB隨身碟之組合產品、系列產品與世代產品之間存在的互補、置換、稀少性、替代與外部競爭等動態因子,其程度變化如何影響多重產品價格的變動,彙整出適當之定價方式。並探討於產品推出後,面臨產品關係及外部環境改變之情境下,如何透過動態因子的選擇,決定產品預期價格趨勢、價格變動頻率及產品組合方式,適當地調整定價策略。
本研究透過個案分析探討多重產品間之關係,使產品價格不僅考量成本導向,亦將價值導向之定價因素納入考量之中,並藉由增加價值定價因素,降低產品之價格敏感度,以提升企業定價空間。
