本論文主要導出:當隨機樣本來自伽瑪分配時,其樣本全距Rn之分配及其近似分配,同時亦求出其偏態係數與峰度以了解其分配之大概形狀。又利用伽瑪分配之特徵性,導出Rn*=Rn/Xbar 之近似分配,其中Xbar為樣本平均數,並求出其偏態係數及峰度以了解其分配之大概情形。最後,將上述之研究結果應用在品質管制圖上。
