摘 要
在磁浮主軸系統中,電磁鐵的高頻電磁力會激發主軸撓性之自然頻率,所以轉子會產生自主性振動。以及當主軸轉動時,轉子質心不在幾何中心上,偏心力也會激發主軸撓性的自然頻率,使得轉子在轉動時會產生共振現象。消除主軸的共振現像,便可以減少轉子自然頻率被激發,更可以增加轉子旋轉的穩定性。
本論文針對主軸材質撓性現像所產生的彈性變形、轉子的不平衡現象(rotor unbalance)、陀螺儀效應(gyroscopic)的影響及轉子在共振下產生的第一極限速度,對上述問題提出理論的分析,並利用 理論對整個系統設計控制器,期能改善轉子旋轉的穩定性,並突破轉速極限。
