本研究旨在探討諮商師與社工人員在社區機構的合作經驗，瞭解諮商師與社工人員在社區機構的專業合作是如何開始、進行與結束，以對其合作經驗有更全貌的瞭解。本研究對象為四位助人工作者，包含曾有過合作經驗的諮商師與社工人員共兩組（2位兼職諮商師、2位專職社工人員），透過深入訪談，以詮釋現象學分析逐字稿內容，探討諮商師與社工人員在社區機構的合作歷程，以及此經驗帶來的意義。
研究結果歸納出諮商師與社工人員在社區機構的合作歷程有三個時期，包含「合作起步期」、「合作考驗期」與「合作結束期」，並以五個主題來瞭解合作經驗對助人工作者的意義，分別為：「從期許夥伴與挫敗中意識到自身採取主動姿態的重要」、「令人放心的合作態度能帶來敞開與交流」、「隨經驗累積對自我、脈絡有更多理解，合作多了自信與彈性」、「合作是一段摸索與學習的歷程，善用夥伴專業，拓展助人視野」、「個人力量有限，團隊合作帶來互補互利的效果」。最後，根據本研究之結果，提供諮商師與社工人員在社區機構專業合作之相關建議。

The goal of this research was to explore the collaboration experiences of counselors and social workers in the community agency, and to understand how the professional collaboration initiated, carred on and finished, in order to have a more comprehensive picture of their experience. 4 professional helpers ( included 2 part-time counselors and 2 full-time social workers) were interviewed in depth about their collaboration experiences to serve clients. Through hermeneutic phenomenology analyzing, we explored the collaborative process of counselors between social workers in the community agency, and the meaning of the experiences to them.
We found that there were 3 periods in the collaborative process: "Collaboration initiated", "Collaboration adjusted", and "Collaboration finished". We also summed up five issues to understand the meanings bring to their collaboration experiences: "Aware the importance of taking initiative from the expectations to partners and frustrations", ''The trustfully attitude of collaboration can lead to more openness and interaction", "As experiences accumulated, the helpers understood themselves and context more, and became more confident and flexibe in the collaboration process", "Collaboration was a process of exploring and learning, could expand the horizons of helping professions", "The power is limited in individual helper, but teamwork brought complementary benefit effects". Finally, the suggestions were proposed for counselors’ and social workers’ professional collaboration in the community agency of.
