本研究旨在探討新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作意願及其影響因素，採問卷調查法輔以訪談進行研究。本研究之結果：一、新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作意願低落。二、新竹縣國民小學教師在兼任體育行政工作意願會因不同背景變項與學校規模有顯著差異。三、組織認同因素是最具決定新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作意願之主要因素；薪資福利非影響新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作意願主要因素。四、新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作之困境，包含（一）教師因需兼顧家庭、照顧子女而降低兼任體育行政工作意願低落；（二）女性教師排斥兼任體育行政工作；（三）教師無體育相關專業背景而降低兼任體育行政工作意願低落；（四）現行的薪資福利制度無法吸引教師兼任體育行政工作。五、解決新竹縣國民小學教師兼任體育行政工作困境之因應策略，包含（一）提升行政團隊的效能與和諧度；（二）提高行政團隊的支持度；（三）定期辦理全縣體育相關增能活動；（四）甄選具有體育專業背景之新進教師。（五）建立各校獎勵教師兼任體育行政工作制度。
依據研究結果，提出各項建議供教育行政機關、學校及後續研究者參考。

The purpose of the study is to investigate the current situations and circumstances of teacher’s willingness and influential factors of sports administration in elementary school in Hsinchu country. According to the research result analysis conclusions are summarized below：1.The elementary school teacher’s willingness of the status for the sports administration in Hsinchu County is low.2.It’s a significant differences of professional background on elementary school teacher’s willingness for the sports administration in Hsinchu County.3.“Organizational identity” is the most influential factor on elementary school teacher’s willingness for the sports administration in Hsinchu County,“Compensation and Benefits” is not one of the most influential factors on elementary school teacher’s willingness for the sports administration in Hsinchu County.4.The delemma on elementary school teacher’s willingness for the sports administration in Hsinchu County are as follows: Teacher has to take care of family so do not want to take on the sports administration, Female teachers exclusion to take on the sports administration,The teachers have no professional background have no willingness to take on the sports administration, The salary and benefits system is unable to attract teachers to take on the sports administration.5.The solutions are that improve the efficiency and harmony of the executive team, improve the support of the executive team,held energize sports activities regularly, recruit new teachers have professional background, establish a reward system to encourage teachers to take on the sports administration.
At last,according to the research results, the study proposes suggestions for edu-cation the administrative authorities, schools and further research.
