因應國軍推動全面募兵制,現今部隊裡的每位軍官、士官及士兵均為志願役人員,且每位官兵都有一定的學歷基礎,加上社會環境變化多端,致使官兵思想觀念日趨複雜,因此本個案認為部隊的領導者在管理上不能再單純倚靠絕對權威領導,儘管部隊特性與一般企業不同,領導者與部屬之間有著階級之間的隔閡,且於作戰任務時部屬必須絕對服從領導者下達的命令,但若於平時備戰時期,將部隊管理融入企業管理的技巧,不僅能洞悉領導者及部屬之間的相互關係,了解如何提升部隊的人力管理、培訓績效,除了能穩定團隊士氣及官兵執行工作的效率,更能改變國軍的社會價值,藉以招募真正適合在國軍服役的青年學子,強化國軍整體戰力。
In response to the general military recruitment policy, every officer, noncommissioned officer and soldier are volunteers nowadays. Everyone has a certain academic qualifications. In addition to the changing social environment, the ideological and mental concepts of officers are becoming more and more complex. That means the leader of the military environment can no longer rely solely on absolute authority in management. Although the characteristics of military are different from those enterprises, there is a gap between the leader and the subordinate, and the subordinate must absolutely obey the leader in the operational mission. However, if the military management is integrated into the enterprise environment during the readiness preparation period, it will not only strengthen the relationship between the leaders and the subordinates but also improve the management and training performance of the troops. In addition to stabilizing team morale and the efficiency of mission, it can change the social value of the national military. So we can recruit someone who is suitable for serving in the national military to strengthen the overall strength of the national military.
