  • 近年來,舉凡手機、相機、MP3等等的行動裝置越來越普遍,尤其手機已經成為現代人必備的行動裝置。而又因為醫療的進步,人口老化成為世界的趨勢,因此中高齡行動裝置使用族群也日益擴大。
    使用者隨著年齡的增長,生理限制以及認知限制成為兩大限制,而這些限制造成使用手機的困擾,所以一般的手機無法滿足中高齡族群的使用需求。
    因此,本研究之目的在於設計出符合中高齡者使用之手機介面。一開始我們使用問卷來實行使用者中心設計。依照問卷分析的結果,利用手機模擬進行介面之設計。藉由實驗來測試模擬新介面之績效。
    透過實驗確認模擬之手機介面能減少使用時間以及減少錯誤率,並提高使用者之滿意度。本研究結果證實,在設計手機介面時將中高齡使用者的需求列入設計考量,能讓中高齡使用者獲得極大的幫助。期望未來發展能擴大範圍與對象,以期讓所有中高齡者都能得到手機帶來的便利。


    In recent years, mobile device such as mobile phone, digital camera, MP3 are becoming ubiquitous, especially for mobile phone which is the necessary product for modern people. With improved medical treatment, the floridisation is the trend of the world, and thus there are more and more old people may use mobile phones.
    Physical limitation and cognitive limitation are two limitations when people get old, and these make elders confused, and thus the usual mobile phone can not satisfy the elders.
    Therefore, the goal of this study is to design a mobile phone especially for the elders. First we use questionnaire to attain User-centered development. Then according to the questionnaire results, the mobile phone interface is designed and simulated by computer. The effect of the simulated interface is verified by an experiment. The results revealed that users searching time and error rate were reduced significantly. Besides, the users are more satisfied with the simulated interface. The results of the study verified that it would be beneficial to concern with user’s need while designing mobile phone interface. It is hoped that all elder users would enjoy the convenience with mobile phones.
