教師心理資本、工作價值觀、工作熱情為影響教師SDGs教學行為的重要因素。本研究旨在探討教師心理資本、工作價值觀、工作熱情與SDGs教學行為之現況與關係。研究主要透過文獻探討建構理論模型,並採用問卷調查法蒐集數據,研究對象為台灣地區公立國民小學教師,共寄出1000份問卷,回收868份,回收率86.80%,有效問卷為738份。回收問卷後以敘述統計、結構方程模式及拔靴法進行資料的分析、統整與討論。
根據研究分析之結果顯示,歸納以下結論:一、國民小學教師高程度知覺教師心理資本,以對「自我效能」相對較高、「樂觀」相對較低;二、國民小學教師高程度知覺教師工作價值觀,以對「身心和諧與健康」相對較高、「組織安全與報酬」相對較低;三、國民小學教師高程度知覺教師工作熱情;四、國民小學教師中高程度知覺教師SDGs教學行為,以對「SDGs教學策略」相對較高、「SDGs評量方法」相對較低;五、國民小學教師心理資本透過工作價值觀和工作熱情影響SDGs教學行為,工作價值觀與工作熱情具有中介影響。
本研究統整上述結果,提出建議:一、營造支持友善的教育工作環境,提升教師樂觀表現;二、完善法律保障和靈活的福利制度,增加教師對於工作的認同;三、發現工作中的不一樣,體驗生活,感受全新的每一天;四、專業培訓和師師共學,設計完善的SDGs課程與評量;五、重視工作價值觀與工作熱情的中介作用,提升教師實踐SDGs課程。
Teacher psychological capital, work values, and work passion are important factors influencing teachers' SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) teaching behaviors. This study aims to explore the current status and relationships between teacher psychological capital, work values, work passion, and SDGs teaching behaviors. The research primarily constructs a theoretical model through a literature review and collects data using a questionnaire survey. The study targets public elementary school teachers in Taiwan, distributing 1,000 questionnaires and receiving 868 responses, with a response rate of 86.80%, and 738 valid questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling, and bootstrap methods.
The results of the analysis indicate the following conclusions:1. elementary school teachers perceive high levels of psychological capital, with relatively high "self-efficacy" and relatively low "optimism". 2. they perceive high levels of work values, with a greater emphasis on "physical and mental harmony and health" and less on "organizational security and rewards". 3. elementary school teachers demonstrate high levels of work passion. 4. they show moderate to high perceptions of SDGs teaching behaviors, with "SDGs teaching strategies" being more prominent than "SDGs assessment methods". 5. teacher psychological capital influences SDGs teaching behaviors through work values and work passion, which serve as mediating factors.
Based on the aforementioned research results, this study proposes the following recommendations: 1. create a supportive and friendly educational work environment to enhance teachers' optimism. 2. improve legal protections and flexible welfare systems to increase teachers' job satisfaction. 3. encourage teachers to discover diversity in their work, experience life, and appreciate each new day. 4. provide professional training and peer learning opportunities to design comprehensive SDGs curricula and assessments. 5. emphasize the mediating roles of work values and work passion to enhance teachers' implementation of SDGs curricula.
