We study the exclusive rare decays of Bd->(eta,eta')ll,
Bs->(eta,eta',phi)ll and Bc->D_{sd}ll, arising from the inclusive flavor changing neutral current processes of b->(s,d)ll. In our analysis, we use the hadronic form factors calculated in the light-front and constituent quark models. We find that these rare Bd and B_{s,c} decay modes can be tested in the future B factories and hadronic colliders, respectively.
