本研究試著將磁滯模型理論應用於實際的成品設計上,目的在於設計一磁滯剎車器,利用其定力矩及寬廣的操作轉速特性,以應用於多種需要定力矩的場合,如紡織綿線定張力的設定、線切割鋼線張力的控制,又由於磁滯剎車並無磁粉及接觸摩耗情形,故可使用於高清淨度的場合,如食品及藥品包裝。本論文將先介紹磁滯剎車之背景及應用情形,接著提出磁滯剎車器之設計流程。文中主要是以Ansoft/Maxwell 套裝軟體分析磁滯剎車的磁場分佈,接著利用Jiles及Atherton (JA)磁滯模型模擬磁滯材料的磁滯曲線,進而計算制動力矩。利用此一流程可以分析各型磁滯剎車器的制動性能,及研究各操作狀態下磁滯狀況及制動力矩的變化,進一步可設計出最佳磁滯剎車之結構外型,最後建立實驗設備及磁滯剎車器,以驗證本論文理論及電腦模擬的的正確性。研究結果顯示本論文理論與實驗值之趨勢相同,分析之各項參數與實驗值亦相當接近。除外,本研究亦發展一改良設計之永磁式磁滯剎車器,希望能更容易被應用於半導體製程設備等,需要高真空與高潔淨度的環境。
This research employs the hysteresis model in the design of a hysteresis brake. Hysteresis brakes possess the advantages of constant brake torque and broad operating speed range, therefore, they can be applied to the applications of constant torque requirement. The FEM software Ansoft/Maxwell is utilized to analyze the magnetic field distribution of the hysteresis brake. The Jiles and Atherton (JA) hysteresis model is adopted to model the hysteresis loops of magnetic materials. The brake torque is then calculated from the results of field analysis and JA model. Experimental equipment is established to verify the correctness of the proposed analysis method and numerical simulation. Furthermore, a creative design of permanent-magnet hysteresis brake is developed, which can be applied to high vacuum and clean environments.
