  • 本研究目的係就台灣新竹市教育役男,探討,(一) 以人力資源管理策略來探討役男的工作滿意度等相關問題。 (二) 以人格特質來探討役男工作滿意度及其相關問題。(三) 探討人格特質對於人力資源管理策略與工作滿意度關聯性。為了回答上述問題,本研究以新竹市教育役男為樣本,進行問卷發放。其研究結果得到,人力資源管理策略之招募訓練與組織管理代理變數對於教育役男工作滿意度有顯著正向影響。關於在人格特質各代理變數對於工作滿意度皆呈現正向顯著水準,唯有外向性並未達到顯著標準;關於人格特質在於人力資源管理策略與工作滿意度所扮演的角色,實證研究發現,人格特質(親和性、勤勉審慎性與開放性學習)與人力資源管理策略(招募訓練與組織管理)有達到正向干擾水準,而反映未來發展與績效評估的變數則未達到顯著水準。就整體而言,本研究發現人格特質對人力資源管理策略與工作滿意度果具有部分影響,此一證據補充了過去關於工作滿意度的文獻,同時對於實務上管理者如何有效管理教育役之人力資源管
    理,應具參考價值。
