英語教學,隨著國際化與全球化的來臨,已經是現今重要的課題之一。在台灣的英語教育環境中,在英語聽說讀寫,不乏有許多不同的英文教學法,但在說英文的教學上,需要一對一的練習,而且所學的詞彙需要與生活有關係,才會有深刻體會的印象。隨著可攜的智慧裝置的普及,配合感知服務,將真實社會景物應用在英語口語練習的學習活動中,也就是真實情境教學,進而讓英語對話內容,成為深刻的日常生活體悟,將其內化為長期記憶的知識。
本論文建構的【校園情境相關之英語對話教材編輯系統】和【校園情境英語對話配對及內容提示系統】透過資料庫的配合交換資料,讓教師可以先透過教材編輯系統,編輯附有情境的對話劇本,之後給學生透過智慧型行動裝置,找尋教師所編輯的情境對話,再透過定位系統擷取的經緯度上傳資料庫,尋找練習夥伴,進行角色扮演對話練習,以達到校園情境學習的英語會話輔助系統。
最後透過問卷分析和影片分析,得知本系統可以透過角色扮演與情境式相關對話,讓使用者融入情境,並得到日常生活體悟;用錄影自己的畫面,帶動自我在練習對話時的表現,提升練習時的自信度,並改變練習時的氛圍,消除練習英語會話的緊張感與焦慮感。

Improving students’ English speaking and listening abilities have become the primary research issue with the progressing of globalization. In Taiwan, there are several kind of English teaching strategies for enhancing students to listen, speak, read and write English both in campus and daily life. However, the English conversation practices need a face-to-face partner, students may have difficulty to search the learning peers out of classroom, meanwhile, the dialogs may not related with students context and hard to immerse into the conversations.
This thesis proposed an context-aware English conversation learning assisting system on mobile devices. Teachers could author the context related conversations in web-based user interface, different complex degrees of dialog were supported for each students’ level of conversation abilities. And, students could search the learning peers to practice English conversation face-to-face with the help positioning system on mobile devices, meanwhile, when the conversations is in progressing, the sentence promoting module, text-to-speech module and several learning assisting tools will be supported for students on-line.
The questionnaire analysis and video analysis were performed after the experiments, the results illustrate that students were successfully immersed into the learning environment and improved the learning motivation with the useful assisting tools for English conversation on mobile devices.
