本研究以三維同步工程架構(3-Dimension Concurrent engineering,3DCE)來決策分析綠色產品技術開發專案管理績效,依據相關文獻探討之關鍵因素分析,發展出適合本研究綠色產品技術開發方案之決策目標層級架構與其績效評估屬性,運用電子問卷方式調查台灣科技企業所屬員工對於綠色產品技術開發管理績效等相關決策分析議題問項進行評測與量化分析。
本研究實證完成樣本敘述性統計與特性分析並驗證整體樣本特性,整體四大層面與所包含二十個評估屬性構面之信度分析與效度分析等相關性分析,實證量表各構面關鍵因素敘述統計分析與關鍵因素共通性分析並進行鍵成功因素(KSF)之排序比較。
最後運用分析層級流程法(AHP法)驗證本研究所提出三維同步工程架構下根本目標層級與評估屬性之成對矩陣的一致性要求並求得各個代表產業領域及產業類別經決策分析計算所得之評估屬性權重數值(特徵向量)與並將五個產業領域及產業類別個案代表之權重加總予以排序比較,以作為台灣科技企業進行綠色產品技術開發專案管理績效評估與相關專案(方案)評選決策分析之參考。
The thesis research in estimating and decision analyzing for the green product and technology development management performance of the technology firms in Taiwan, it makes use of SPSS l5.0 and Export Choice 2000 for Windows to compute all real data of questionnaire sampling survey, after analyzing to demonstrate the research framework of 3-Dimension Concurrent engineering with several analysis processes such as description frequency, reliability and validity, Key Success Factor (KSF) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
The thesis research demonstrating 4 measure models and 20 attributes in of 3-Dimension Concurrent engineering decision-making analyzing framework having high degree reliability (Cronbach’s α) and construct validity, obtaining meritorious and middling KMOs (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy), and proceeding description and communality factor analysis for sequencing all key success factor of 20 attributes to compare to each other.
Finally, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to analysis, all judgment matrix in AHP are fit to Consistency Ratio (C.R. ≤ 0.1) requirement, obtaining all eigenvectors (weight) after AHP pairwise comparison between 4 measure models and 20 attributes, successfully to construct performance appraisal model to decision analyzing all green product and technology development projects and to optimize Taiwan technology firms’ performance management.
