本研究旨在探討兒童笛樂課程發展與多媒體教學應用之設計，以鈴木教育核心理念結合兒童菲菲笛團體課程的設計規劃為主軸，輔以線上學習平台<學習吧>多媒體教學應用於課後或是缺課學員練習。研究者以苗栗縣頭份市，一間私人音樂教室為研究場域，招生兩組學生進行研究實驗課程，以兩班之中的學員，年齡介於 6至9 歲兒童作為研究對象。
本研究採質性研究法進行，研究者在研究過程中擔任教學者，研究期間，將彙整所蒐集到的資料有:研究期間教學錄影、教學省思記錄、觀課教師紀錄作為課程發展研究設計為依據，將文獻資料相互整理、分析後，所得知結論如下:

一、 透過兒童笛樂團體課程與多媒體教學應用有效引起學生主動學習的興趣。
二、 透過兒童笛樂團體課程與多媒體教學應用，在課程活動中增強兒童音樂理論的認知概念。
三、 透過兒童笛樂團體課程，能讓兒童提升笛樂基礎吹奏能力。

根據研究結果提出上述結論，研究者對研究提出建議，作為兒童笛樂課程發展設計與多媒體教學應用與未來研究之參考。

This article aims to research and design the children's flute music course combined with the core concept of Suzuki method. The main subject is planning and designing Fife group course in after-school tutoring supplemented by the application of multimedia teaching on e-learning platform "LearnMode". The author had recruited two classes of students who are 6-9 years old children for experiment, the study field is a private music classroom where located at Toufen City, Miaoli Country.

The study is based on case study method by using qualitative research. Researcher who serves as the teacher has developed and designed the course according to collect the material which includes teaching video records, teaching logs, observer's records and discussions, feedback of students' parents, and records of expert interview. By analyzing and comparing the literature we figure out:

1. Children flute group course which combined with multimedia teaching has induced the active study intention of students.
2. Children flute group course which combined with multimedia teaching helps students to build the common knowledge of music theory.
3. Children flute group course has also improved studentsmusical performance of the Flute.

In conclusion, the children flute group course which combined with multimedia teaching in this study could be an important reference for teaching research in the future.
