This study looks at how Taiwan's government policies in educational sector affect businesses and institutions as well as the demand for international English teachers. The need for foreign English teachers has increased as a result of Taiwan's education system's recognition of the value of English proficiency in a globalized society and its goal of making the nation bilingual by 2030. Through a comprehensive methodology that includes semi-structured interviews with government agencies, school administrators, foreign language instructors, and education professionals, this qualitative research study seeks to close this gap by examining the direct effects of these policies on Taiwan's foreign language education system.
