本研究之主要目的在於探討國小教師之性別、職務與性別平等意識的交互關係；探討國小教師之性別、職務、性別平等意識與性別平等教學實踐的交互關係；探討國小教師性別平等意識與性別平等教學實踐的關係；並依據研究發現提出建議。
本研究採問卷調查法，以新竹縣市公立國小教師為研究對象，共抽取有效樣本618人，其中男生229人，女生389人。研究之調查工具為「國小教師性別平等意識量表」及「國小教師性別平等教學實踐量表」。待施測完成將所得資料輸入電腦後，以SPSS FOR WINDOW 10.0版統計套裝軟體進行資料分析，所使用之統計方法包含獨立樣本二因子變異數分析、獨立樣本三因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、簡單迴歸分析等方法。經資料處理與統計分析後，本研究所得之結論如下：

一、女性行政人員之性別平等意識高於男性行政人員
二、男性專任教師之性別平等意識高於男性行政人員
貳、國小教師性別平等教學實踐因性別、職務之交互影響而有差異
一、女性行政人員在性別平等教學實踐上的程度高於男性行政人員
二、男性專任教師在性別平等教學實踐上的程度高於男性行政人員
參、國小教師之性別平等意識與性別平等教學實踐有顯著相關
一、國小教師性別平等意識與性別平等教學實踐之間有正相關
二、國小教師性別平等意識可預測其在性別平等教學實踐上的程度
本研究依據研究結果提出各項建議，供國小性別平等教育及未來研究作為參考。

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to investigate the interactive relationship among elementary school teacher’s gender, position and gender equality consciousness; then investigating the interactive relationship among elementary school teacher’s gender, position, gender equality consciousness and the practice of gender equality education; it also investigates the relationship between gender equality consciousness and the practice of gender equality education; According to the study result, this current study makes some suggestions to provide as the reference for the gender equality education.
This study used the questionnaire research method. The study subjects are the teachers who teach in the public elementary school in Hsin-chu city and county. There are totally 618 valid samples drawn up. Sum up 229 male and 389 female. The research uses “Scale for the elementary school teacher’s gender equality consciousness” and “Scale for the practice of gender equality education in the elementary school teachers”. The collected information was analyzed with SPSS for Windows 10.0 version and the statistical methods used Independent 2-way ANOVA statistical analyses, Independent 3-way ANOVA statistical analyses, product-moment correlations method and Simple analysis of regression. The study found following results:
1. The difference exists in the elementary teacher gender equality consciousness because of gender and position interactive affection.
（1）Female administrators’ gender equality of consciousness is higher than male.
（2）Male non home-room teacher’s gender equality of consciousness is higher than male administrators.
2. The difference exists in the elementary teacher’s practice of gender equality education because of gender and position interactive affection.

（2）Male non home-room teacher’s practice of gender equality education is higher than male administrators.
3. Significant relationship exists between the elementary teacher’s gender equality consciousness and elementary teacher’s practice of gender equality education
（1）There is significant positive correlation between gender equality consciousness and the practice of gender equality education.
（2）The elementary teacher’s gender equality consciousness can predicate the degree of the elementary teacher’s practice of gender equality education
