In this thesis, we use 539.5nm laser as pump to generate 1079nm degenerate biphoton through the type-II SPDC process provided by a designed nonlinear crystal(KTP). After the generation, we separate this polarization entangled biphoton by a polarization beam splitter(PBS) and set one of them as trigger. The other one will pass through a setup which is simulating a quantum channel governed by a specific Hamiltonian. We experimentally examine the temporal steering inequality when the single photon which brings polarization information has passed the channel. Also, we reconstruct the density matrix by quantum tomography for rebuilding the quantum state after the quantum channel performs effects on the state.
