過去台灣科技產業以高製造效率、彈性生產、快速反應開發能力,而在製造與營運領域獲得利潤。未來則應強調將創新性技術與智慧資產妥善行銷推廣,有效運用與推廣創新性技術並適時運用技術行銷之方法推出新產品,以建立產業利基與市場。
本研究以創新系統之架構探討國內研究機構之推廣行銷活動以加強技術商品化與技術產品擴散之成效,建構針對技術性產品行銷推廣機制之動態模式及模擬系統,探討創新技術與智慧資產如何在推廣行銷的活動下產生價值、創造市場。研究並採用創新系統的動態模式與系統分析架構,以飛行模擬器產業的市場與技術發展為例進行探討。經由蒐集產業的相關資料,及產業內人員訪談,藉以瞭解行銷推廣與技術演化之關連程度,建立產業情境,以作為個案之電腦模擬系統建構依據。本研究依電腦雛形模式來探討產業創新系統內行銷推廣的動態機制,期望能藉由此一案例之延伸,做為研發機構從事創新技術與技術產品推廣行銷的參考。
