本文運用「國立清華大學畢業生問卷」調查資料以及教務處行政資料，涵蓋2012年至2017年該校大學部畢業生（含南大校區）所填之有效問卷8,216份問卷資料進行分析，藉由迴歸分析來檢視寒轉生、暑轉生、轉系生，至新環境必須面臨及適應課業、生活與人際等各方面問題，側重轉學生、轉系生及一般生其個人的學習情況、國際化與就業力滿意度之研究，是否對清大學生學習成績造成顯著影響。
本論文的研究議題包括：(一)探討轉學生、轉系生及一般生學習情況之差異情形；(二)探討轉學生、轉系生及一般生國際化之差異情形；(三)探討大學轉學生、轉系生及一般生就業力之差異情形。
我們的實證結果顯示整體「學習情況」表現上寒轉生優於轉系生，轉系生優於暑轉生及一般生。在「國際化」整體上，暑轉生『對善用學校外語學習機會與環境』及『對在學校有許多與外籍人士或國際社群互動交流的機會』，比起一般生效果也呈現顯著情況；另，寒轉生、轉系生在『曾經參與國外交換學生』方面，也發現有顯著效果，『是否曾經參加國外志工』方面，寒轉生、暑轉生、轉系生相對於一般生均無顯著差異。在就業力整體上，暑轉生、寒轉生、轉系生相對於一般生皆無顯著關係。
本文並提出結論與相關建議，俾供教育相關單位、人員及學生、家長作為參考。

This article analyzes data from the National Tsing Hua University Graduate Questionnaire and administrative data from the Academic Affairs Office, and covers 8,216 questionnaires from university postgraduates from 2012 to 2017. The study uses regression analysis to examine different groups of students (students who transfer during summer or winter, students who change their major, and regular students) in different angels, including their new environment, how they face and adapt to various aspects of schoolwork, life and interpersonal issues, and focuses on student satisfaction of these groups of students, plus their learning, internationalization, and employability.
Our empirical results show that the overall "learning situation" for students who transfer in winter is better than students who change their major, and students who change their major are in turn better than summer transfer students and regular students. For "Internationalization", "Opportunities and environment for the use of foreign language learning in schools" and "There are many opportunities for interaction with foreigners or the international community in schools" the number of students who transfer in summer is more significant than regular students. In addition, the study finds that students who transfer in winter or change majors have a significantly higher number of "Have ever participated in a foreign exchange". In terms of overall employability, there is no significant relationship between summer or winter transfer students, student who changed their majors, and regular students.
