  • 生產綠色產品是現今企業所面臨的趨勢要求,面對綠色產品的管理,主要還是要由源頭做好管理,在綠色產品管理系統(GPMS)中的供應鏈管理與綠色物料管理,可以提供企業在這一方面的需求。在流程管理的部份,可以由企業既有的品質管理系統加以擴充,來滿足綠色產品管理系統的要求。為了落實產品管理的需求,將與產品相關的資料以及與產品資料相關的作業文件,使用不同的方式轉換成電子檔案,經由資訊系統做整合與運作,提昇產品資料管理的效率。
    隨著產品逐步的商品化,新產品開發及上市的輪動需求越來越快速,另一方面減少環境衝擊及節能減廢的要求聲浪,也是與日俱增。產品生命週期管理(PLM)系統提供企業一個資訊溝通與管理的作業平台,將產品所有的資料、作業流程予以納入管理,使參與產品資料管理及流程管理者,能經由此作業平台而迅速取得正確的資訊,使得產品管理在不同階段,能加速流程的推動。整合產品資料、作業程序及資訊溝通平台的產品生命週期管理系統,可提供企業在產品管理上,一項適合的工具。
    本研究將客戶對綠色產品的要求,依企業內部流程管理的方式,轉換為企業內部的管理規範。在綠色產品管理系統中,對於程序文件的要求及綠色產品的證明資料,轉換成產品資料的一部份,初期以紙本發行作業與PLM的軟體系統,兩者同時使用的雙軌制的方式進行,待PLM系統上軌道後,再進行線上作業。把綠色產品管理系統視為產品生命週期管理系統中的一環,將GPMS與PLM兩系統進行有效的整合,提供光通訊廠商做為建立產品管理系統的參考。


    Management of green products is a demanding trend that most of the corporates have to face now. The most effective way to deal with the green product management comes from the management of the very source end, the incoming materials, and the managements of the supplier-chain and green materials. The Green Product Management System (GPMS) can act as the management tools for the corporates. For the process management aspect, extentions of the corporate’s original quality management system can satisfy the requirements for the green product management system. To realize the green product management, it is necessary to build up an information infrastructure to integrate the product-related documents and operation-related documents on the same electronic platform, to promote the efficiency of the product information management.
    The requirement of the reducing environmental impacts, the energy saving and waste reduction becomes dramatically important. The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system can provide a good platform of information flow and management, it can guide the products and operation procedures, allow all the participants to get the quick and accurate information at different product phases and to move the process flow speedily. A product lifecycle management system with the interation of the product information, operation procedures and information platform can act as a suitable tool for the corporate’s product management.
    In this study, we propose a way to transform the corporate internal flow management to an internal management standard to meet the customer’s green product requirements. In the green product management system, it is necessary to transfer the documents of the procedure requirements and green product certificates as part of the product information. In the first stage, it will be better to run both the paper copy system and PLM software system dually to minimize the risk. Once the PLM system is on track, the process can come on in parallel line. Taking the green product management system as part of the product lifecycle management system, integrating effectively the GPMS and PLM can provide a good reference for the optical component manufacturer to build up the product management system.
