近年來核射線在分子醫學的臨床應用發展迅速,本研究針對用放射性核素來打斷DNA的實驗數據,提出一機率模型做資料分析。分析的實驗數據是由放射性鎝(99mTc)進入DNA後,用光鑷子技術(optical tweezers)觀測DNA斷裂的時間。我們根據DNA斷裂行為建立描述此DNA斷裂現象的機率模型。再以統計方法,估計放射能量將DNA打斷的機率,根據前面所提出的機率模型,在放射活度固定或不固定下,探討估計偏誤(bias)。
