本研究旨在探討桃園縣國小教師之核能發電知識、核能發電態度及核能發電抉擇之相關，為達成研究目的，本研究以問卷為工具，以分層隨機取樣的方式，選取桃園縣大、中、小型學校國小教師為樣本，共得有效樣本278人。並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、變異數分析等統計方法，進行統計分析。
研究結果顯示桃園縣國小教師對核能發電的態度大多是正向積極的，但是在核能發電的知識表現上卻略顯不足，亟需加強。桃園縣國小教師核能發電知識會因畢業科系不同而有顯著差異。核能發電抉擇會隨核能發電知識及核能發電態度不同而有顯著的差異。桃園縣國小教師的核能發電知識、核能發電態度及核能發電抉擇之相關性皆達顯著。
建議政府多舉辦國家重大建設之教育研習，以提高教師對重大環境議題之瞭解，更有利於環境教育的推展。

This study focuses on the relationships among nuclear power knowledge, attitude, and decision-making of the elementary school teachers in Tao-Yuan County. The researcher employed Self-administrated questionnaire to collect 278 valid data from the elementary school teachers in the target region via stratified random sampling. Descriptive statistics, t tests, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA were carried out on them.
The main empirical results of this study are: Firstly, the relationships among nuclear power knowledge, attitude, and decision-making of the elementary school teachers are significant. Secondly, there is significant difference between different major in, hence the teachers with insufficient nuclear power knowledge really need to be enhanced. Thirdly, most teachers of the survey have the positive attitude toward nuclear power. Finally, the decision-making of nuclear power is influenced by nuclear power knowledge and attitude significantly.
Based on this survey, we suggest that the government should provide more in-service education training to improve the understanding of important environment issues of elementary school teachers. It will be advantageous for the development of environment education.
